Cole-Parmer CG-200 Freezer/Mill®
The Cole-Parmer CG-200 Freezer / Mill® cryogenic grinder (formerly SPEX 6775 Freezer/Mill) - for sample quantities from 0.1 to 5 g. The first choice for grinding very small quantities of temperature-sensitive samples or for samples that are impossible to grind at room temperature.

The entry-level model for cryogenic sample grinding, ideal for small and very small sample quantities. The sample jar is PERMANENTLY immersed in liquid nitrogen to embrittle the samples. Permanent cooling, robust mechanics and intuitive touch screen operation for maximum efficiency and durability.
 
Cole-Parmer CG-400 Freezer/Mill®
The Cole-Parmer CG-400 Freezer/Mill® Cryogenic Grinder (formerly SPEX 6785 Freezer/Mill) - the first choice for grinding sample quantities from 0.1 to 100g for temperature sensitive samples or samples that cannot be ground at room temperature.

The basic model in the Cole-Parmer Freezer/Mill range requires manual filling with liquid nitrogen. Continuous cooling of the sample container in liquid nitrogen, robust mechanics with only one moving part and intuitive touch screen operation ensure maximum efficiency and durability.
 
Cole-Parmer CG-450 Freezer/Mill®
The Cole-Parmer CG-450 Freezer/Mill® cryogenic grinder (formerly SPEX 6785 Freezer/Mill) – including the Auto-Fill – function. The first choice for grinding sample quantities between 0.1 and 100g in the case of temperature-sensitive samples or samples that are impossible to grind at room temperature.

The sister model of the CG-400 is filled with liquid nitrogen automatically. The permanent cooling of the sample container in liquid nitrogen, the robust mechanics with only one moving part and the intuitive touchscreen operation ensure maximum efficiency and durability.
 
Cole-Parmer CG-500 Freezer/Mill®
The CG-500 Freezer/Mill® is a high-throughput, dual chamber, cryogenic grinder. It accommodates samples in the 0.1 to 200g range (100g per grinding chamber). Each grinding chamber can hold one large grinding vial or four standard grinding vials. Sample vial maintains cryogenic temperatures due to continuous immersion in liquid nitrogen.

When performance matters: The top model from the Freezer/Mill series offers two grinding chambers, two pre-cooling chambers and the choice of manual or automatic filling with liquid nitrogen. The permanent cooling, the robust mechanics and the intuitive touchscreen operation ensure maximum efficiency and durability.

The BM-400 Mixer / Mill® high-energy ball mill from Cole-Parmer (formerly SPEX SamplePrep 8000M Mixer/Mill®) - grinding, mixing and mechanical alloying with one grinding vial holder

The unique grinding movement of the BM-400 Mixer / Mill, resembling the shape of a lying figure eight, represents the standard in the application area of "mechanical alloying". The operating time for this application can be extended to 10,500 minutes. Other areas of application are the grinding of rock, ceramics and slag. Grinding vials made of steel, agate, tungsten carbide, zirconium and plastic in different volumes up to 50mL can be used.
 
Cole-Parmer BM-450 Mixer/Mill®
The BM-450 Mixer / Mill® high-energy ball mill from Cole-Parmer (formerly SPEX 8000D Mixer/Mill®) - grinding, mixing and mechanical alloying with double capacity.

The unique grinding movement of the BM-450 Mixer / Mill®, resembling the shape of a lying figure eight, represents the standard in the application area of "mechanical alloying". The operating time for this application can be extended to 10,500 minutes. Other areas of application are the grinding of rock, ceramics and slag. Grinding vials made of steel, agate, tungsten carbide, zirconium and plastic in different volumes up to 2 x 50mL can be used.

SOLDER PASTE MIXERS
Thinky SR-500
Mixing, warming and defoaming of solder paste – without vacuum in one single step.

A planetary mixer, designed especially for solder pastes and similar media like screen printing. The samples are homogenized, deaerated and warmed up by overlaying the two rotation movements. Unlike the allrounder ARE-250, the maximum load is about doubled, to enable the use of 500 g net standard solder paste containers. The maximum speed is likewise reduced to 1.200 RPM, which is completely enough for solder pastes. This makes the SR-500 the Thinky mixer with the best value in our portfolio.

Highly efficient vacuum laboratory mixer: uses contactless mixing method for homogenizing, disperging and defoaming with integrated vacuum pump, directly in the container without stirrer! The integrated vacuum pump is able to remove even the smallest of air bubbles.
 
Thinky ARV-501 / PU-501
Mixing and defoaming in one step with vacuum – technical center scale

The ARV-501 is a vacuum mixer for technical centers up to 700 g gross mixing capacity. The operator’s touch panel is similar to the ARV-310P. The RS232C interface is also included. Schnittstelle für eine PC-Verbindung ist vorhanden. Maximum speed in mixing mode is 1.500 UPM, in defoaming mode 2.000 UPM. Included is the pump undercarriage PU-501 with integrated vacuum pump.

Der ARV-10k Twin is the largest commercially available planetary vacuum mixer in the world. With a capacity of 2x 10 litres (net) or 2x 10 kg (net) it is fit for many production applications. The integrated SPC control and the CVT transmission enable maximum flexibility for the setup. Enables contactless mixing, disperging and deaeration without foaming, directly in the container!
